REFUND
Our all customers are valuable to us and we take utmost care and highest standard of ethics in delivering our services through our website. As a policy, we do not have a provision for refund. All the purchases will be on non-refundable basis. In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product, please notify us via email at pfcbynk12@gmail.com or call us on 7832087857 within 48 hours from the time of shipment received and return us the product (at our cost for the courier, subject to maximum of Rs.200) within 5 days, provided;
The product is in its original condition.
It is not washed, worn or damaged.
It is in saleable condition.
Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will replace the product (subject to availability). Exchange however, will not be made in the following conditions:
In case of minor design and colour variations.
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
Package refused by the recipient.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

Exchange
- Exchange for only different size is allowed once per order. To make your purchase hassle free, we request to kindly check the size and the product properly prior to the order.
- Returns for the exchange needs to be sent within 5 days from the receipt of the product. You can WhatsApp us on 7832087857 for fast results or e-mail us at pfcbynk12@gmail.com within 48 hrs from the date of receipt of the product. Exchange is applicable only if;
- The product is in its original condition.It is not washed, worn and damaged.It is in saleable conditionAnd if you inform us with in 48 hours of receiving it.Size exchange possible if same product is there if not then you can go for product exchange.Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once the returned product satisfies our quality check, we will exchange the product. Exchange is not allowed merely on the basis that customer did not like the cloth material or the colour. We request to kindly read the details of the cloth and colour mentioned in our website before placing order.
- In case of exchange, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- Customers have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us for the exchange Since there is no pick up service , they have to send it back by themselves.The Exchange product will be sent back to you at the cost of 150/- Rs.reshipping charges . (Only ist time ship is free).
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.
